As scout bees search for a new home a massive ball of bees will surround the queen and wait patiently to move into their new accomodations. This can sometimes create a surprise encounter with homeowners who find a mass of bees in a tree, bush, patio umbrella or even on the side of a car. Simple swarm removal and swarm trap services are generally provided without cost to the property owner. If bees have moved into a structure and set up home it is a much more extensive project that often involves some amount of alteration to the building to get the bees out. This is too big of a project for me to handle, but I would be happy to recommend a qualified beekeeper to complete the cut out.
